MY PARTNER USBALDO AND I have been cooking together for years (and years more before we met each other!). Now, we are offering up some of the fruits of our passion, knowledge and talent by delivering our healthy, delicious home-cooked meals to your front door, six days a week.

EACH SEASON we create a new daily menu for Mondays through Saturdays, diverse in its various ethnic and dietary offerings (we haven't forgotten our vegan and vegetarian friends out there!), and never boring. We will also do our best to accommodate other dietary requests you may have, such as wheat-free or low sodium.

YOU ORDER by the day, and we bring that day's dinner to your doorstep (whether it be one plate of it or 20!) You can also pick one day's dinner to regularly receive every week.

WE DELIVER within a 40 mile radius of Orland, Maine.

COST (unless otherwise specified):
$15.00 per plate
$10.00 per plate if ordering two or more plates

+ $5.00 delivery fee (flat rate)

MONDAYS
Start out the week light!
The Super Salad: Rosemary Chicken or Veggie Chicken with Pineapple, Feta Cheese,
and lots of fixin's! A tasty, crisp & filling Summer Combo.

TUESDAYS
Nomadic Cocktail: COLD, super filling, super healthy TOMATO SOUP for those HOT nights!
Straight from the nomadic peoples of Mexico, a near cubic ton of raw vegetables, lime juice, and fresh garlic.
Can be vegan or with shrimp. Ask Usbaldo about the fascinating story behind this soup.

WEDNESDAYS
Mango Tomato Chicken or Tofu: A lovely sauté served with Corn Tortillas and Garlic Lime Black Beans & Mixed Veggies.
Our Own Recipe! Please specify mild, medium or hot.

THURSDAYS
Burger night!
Stacked Veggie Burgers: Healthier than red meat! We use veggie burgers as opposed to garden burgers, so they have a fairly realistic taste. On a Whole Wheat Bun, topped with Swiss Cheese and all the fixin's, served with Homemade Sweet Potato Lime Fries and a Fresh Fruit Salad.

FRIDAYS
Fish night is here to stay!
Garlic Lime Whitefish: Pan seared with LOTS of tangy ripe tomatoes and other mixed veggies. Served with fresh Corn on the Cob.
This is one of our favorites. Can substitute tofu.

SATURDAYS
Saturday is date night!
Scallop or Tofu Light Alfredo: Have a savory date with that special someone, or with yourself! Sautéd with Garlic, fresh Summer Squash & other savory Summertime veggies, and a Light Alfredo Sauce, served over your choice of Whole Wheat or Spinach Pasta. Just add wine!

(SUNDAYS OFF.)

Please add a $5.00 flat rate delivery charge to your order.

Please also try to place your order at least one day in advance if possible. Please rinse & return plates so they can be washed and reused. Meals are delivered between 11AM and 7PM; a specific delivery time will be arranged with each customer. We accept cash or check at time of delivery. THANK YOU & ENJOY!

I (JILL) AM an experienced tutor with a Bachelor's Degree in the Liberal Arts from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts in 2003, and two years experience in teaching Adult Continuing Education and working with children in Maine (from 2007-2009).

MY FOCUS at school was in the visual arts, but I bring a hunger for and love of learning to the table, and have dabbled in a number of fields including computer science, film editing, website design, and the culinary arts. I value the concepts of being well-rounded and considering learning to be a lifelong process!

MY EXPERIENCE includes working with students in such subject areas as GED, TOEFL and ASVAB Prep, Basic and Intermediate Math Skills, Basic and Intermediate Computer Skills, Music, Art, Literature, Reading Skills, Elementary Education, and English as a Second Language. I offer enthusiasm, encouragement, support and very personalized sessions. In fact.....

FLEXIBILITY IS THE NAME OF THE GAME. You name your needs and interests, and I will do the necessary research and dig up the resources to meet them. I'm very creative that way (hey, I'm an artist after all). I will travel to your home (within a 40 mile radius of Orland, Maine) or meet you somewhere we can sip coffee and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere while we work. I work Monday through Saturday, and you can schedule as many or as few hours as my time allows. And, I offer a sliding fee scale to help make tutoring sessions available to all from a financial standpoint.

COST
$10.00 – $20.00 per hour for high quality, focused sessions. Determined by what you are able to pay.
$5.00 traveling fee (this will be waived for 10 miles or less one way)
